Flexiket as received the category winner Award for f exography at FINAT’s 2009 Label competition. Finat is the international organization of the label industry. The winning label is Malum the Glatorian, a series in the BIONICLE® Universe of the LEGO Group. The label is an integrated part of the plastic can and underlines the dramatic expression of the figure. The jury’s comments were:”A dramatic uv flexo label with a misson to sell the product, certainly the reproduction of the halftones and the smooth vignettes. The depth of colour was very convincing adding to the appeal of this entry”. On the basis of a detailed presentation from the LEGO Group, the label was developed in close co-operation between the graphic department of the LEGO Group, Reprocentret and Flexiket. Henrik S. Ehlers (43) has started working at flexiket as sales and marketing manager. Henrik S. Ehlers was previously employed at Skabertrang A/S in Silkeborg Bogtryk Gruppen as sales manager.
Ulrik Andersson (50), co-owner of flexiket as and previous sales manager, continues at flexiket as sales and product development manager.
This change in the organization has been made to ensure continuous growth and development for flexiket, one of the leading Danish label manufacturers. 
In autumn 2005, flexiket as acquired the ISO:9001 certificate, and in the coming year we plan to acquire the ISO:14001 environment certificate.
With effect from the 1st of June 2008, Charlotte Jensen has been hired in a newly established position as a Quality Coordinator in order to strengthen our efforts in the fields of quality and environment, both in-house but especially towards our customers.
In the past seven years, Charlotte has had a similar position at another company. She is a teknonom (past: quality control analyst) and is a qualified Lead-Auditor. Furthermore, Charlotte is taking courses in HD Organization. 
For the second time flexiket has won in the World Label Associations competition, this time in the screen printing category. The winner label is LEGO® BELVILLE™ Princess and The LEGO Group’s BELVILLE series, which is developed for girls in the age 5-10 years. The label has a dual function as being part of the play as well as being an integrated part of the construction. According to the judges the label was selected as the winner due to the high quality in the colour tones and the precise definition in pictures and die cutting. For more information, click here

This has inspired us to work on our own brand, giving it a face-lift in terms of strategy and identity.
This does not mean that we intend to change fundamentally, but we have chosen to create a new visual identity that highlights our company and our strengths.
The magenta dot (from the flexiket logo) and the slogan “branding that sticks” combine to give us a distinctive stamp that people remember and a new focus on those aspects that make us stand out.
Our new identity is presented on this website first, but it will also be implemented in other areas in the coming months.

Just before Christmas 2006, flexiket once again increased its capacity in the field of screen printing, acquiring a new 5-colour Kammann machine.
